NEVER EVER GROW UP - RECAP

I'd like to thank everyone that came out to support the opening of Never Ever Grow Up last Friday night at Cukui in San Jose. A huge thank you goes out to Orly, Jason, Michelle, and everyone at Cukui for all their hard work, and for giving artists like me a platform to showcase their talent and creativity.A lot of inspiration credit goes to this little boy right here. He's full of endless imagination and creativity.Oh, and thank you Jan for the macarons! Everyone loved them, especially Liam... and the lady giving out free leaves and sticks.I wonder what magic he has in store for this world...My relationship with Cukui goes beyond just this art show. I've had the privilege to be apart of the design process for some of their apparel over the last year. These are a few of the current collaborative efforts. Some serious business going on over here.Again, I can't say thank you enough to those that came out to support. If it weren't for you, I'd just be a guy sitting around an empty store staring at all my paintings, which would be no fun because I already know what they look like.A picture of a guy taking a picture of a guy taking a picture of a guy taking a picture...Just some Lost Boys trying not to grow up.If you've seen "The Three Amigos", this reminds me of the scene when Little Neddy Nederlander sees a plane passing by. The following dialogue then takes place:Dusty Bottoms: "What is it doing here?" Ned Nederlander: "I think it's a mail plane." Dusty Bottoms: "How can you tell?" Ned Nederlander: "Didn't you notice its little balls?" Big thanks to Orly. A pleasure and honor to work with.Mi familia. Thank you for the unconditional love and support. I'm forever grateful.Salúte to a memorable night.Never ever grow up!- FATKID
